First off I would like to say thanks to Kirk at PMP for the time that he took to make sure everything installed on my car was done to perfection. Kirk installed my procharger, custom guages, ram clutch, subframe connectors, and upper and lower control arms. I have never had any performance shop go above and beyond my expectations and pay attention to the smallest details as Kirk at PMP has done, I could not have been more pleased with the outcome. I work overseas and had my car dropped of at Kirk's shop. The first time I spoke to Kirk on the phone I felt like he was genuinely interested in what I wanted to do with the car. Communication was excellent and with me being overseas I needed that. When I told Kirk what I needed done he worked with me to get the best price on parts and labor to fit my budget. He even sent pictures of the install as it progressed. If he could do all of this for me over the phone and through the internet imagine what he could do for you if you walk in his shop! I would recommend PMP to anyone who has had bad experiences with other performance shops and to those who want the job done right the first time and still walk away with gas money  . Kirk is a genuinely honest guy and is very sincere about his work and ensuring that the job is done right the first time. Thanks again Kirk, you have a customer and a friend for life!

I can't say enough good things about Kirk and his crew. I've been to a few performance shops over the past few years to have work done on either my Mach1 or GT. PMP by far, has had the best customer service of any of them. When I drop my cars off, they keep me updated either by phone or email throughout the task at hand. Its great, when they've come across unexpected problems, like my GTs shredded timing chain tension arms, they take the time out to take pictures of it and email them to me. After I pick the cars up, I know they'll be calling me within a few days, even hours, to see how things are running. Thats like unheard of. Right now he's installing a forged short block in the GT and I'm already making plans to start another build with him. Kirk and his crew are the only mechanics in Austin I'll use to work on my cars now and in the future.

i went to PMP yesterday to have my clutch and slave cylinder replaced, i droped the truck off right when they opened and they immediately began the work that needed to be done, they also were very helpful and noticed a few other problems that needed to be addressed. for one my clutch master cylinder was also bad along with the pinion seal on the rear end. i ran and got the parts i needed and they had it finished before i knew it... during the install of the pinion seal the noticed that i have about an inch of play in my driveshaft due to excessive backlash caused when another shop improperly shimed the set of 4.10 gears i have... i am definately going back to get my rearend shimed correctly , hopefully my gears do not have any dammage and alls it needs is a few shims...i would definately recommend their services to everyone... once again a big thanks to PMP !!

went there yesterday to have the suspension work done on the car. dropped it off at or around the time they opened up, and they pulled the car in and got started on it. within the first hour i was given an update as to what stage of the install they were at and if i wanted certain parts installed, as well as making sure i was getting installed what i expected and nothing else. being the nosey person i am, i then went back to the shop to check things out, when kirk himself explained every step of the install and allowed me to visually inspect everything they had done as well as what they were going to do. they do not rush there job in hand they take there time and do it right, and as far as professionality i have yet to witness anything like it elsewhere. even after my drive home, he gave me a call and wanted to know how the drive was if i had noticed anything and that if anything had come up give em a call and he will take care of it. i know i will be going back to kirk and i recommend anybody that wants the same type of proffesional service from someone who values your car as if it was his own to give kirk a call for any service on your car. thaks guys.........mike

So yesterday while at the BBQ, I showed Kirk my Oil Restrictors and told him I was looking for a male/female elbow for it. So he tells me about this place in Austin that should sell them. Then he goes on to say, that he will personaly go over and see if they have any...and if they do..pick them up for me. Kirk took the time out of his very busy day and picked me up a couple....even offered to mail them to me, but I went down today to pick them up. Thanks again Kirk...once again SUPERB customer service and support. Way to go PMP!!!!!!

I took my car to PMP this past Friday. There was a car, of brand I wont speak of ;\) being worked on. As soon as it was done, these guys jumped on my car. Totally eager to find out what was wrong with it.

Immediatly put my car on the lift, and started looking at it. Not only did they find what the squeaking was, they also found several other things that need to be replaced. Broken O2 sensor, oil pan gasket, engine mounts, and even the rear end needing to be serviced.

The prices I was quoted were by far some of the fairest I have ever been given. Kirk sat down with me and figured out what we should do first, and what could be put off a bit.

The car is either going in the shop this coming weekend or the weekend after. I am totally amazed at tha attention I have been given. I would fully recommend these guys. They are truely all about the customer experience and building a lasting relationship. I can honestly say I will be taking my car to PMP whenever I need work done on it.

Dropped my car off to the guys at PMP this morning at 930. Replacing ball joints.

I get a call at 12 saying my car is done. Through out the whole process I have to say I never expected to be treated this well. From before the car got there....to checking it out....to even going so far as to put it on the lift and not even charging me for that....PMP has exceeded my expectations.

The car will be heading back in the shop in a month for somemore work, and you can guess where its going.

Thanks Kirk....for what has been more then a pleasent experience in car care.

Just picked up LKSGAS and she drives like a dream. Kirk (Hurt arm and all) did a super job installing:

FMC 4:10 gear set
Front and Rear Zinc Washed Slotted and Drilled Rotors
Custom Black Powder Coated Front and Rear Calipers with LKSGAS on the Front.
Steeda SS Brake Lines
FDSH1-S Drive Shaft (1 Piece light weight)
Steeda Charge Motion Delete Plates

Kirk, personally did all the work and took care of LKSGAS like it was his Mother's car!

If you care about your Mustang, PMP and Kirk is the place to go!

I know I've given these guys props before but again I was impressed!!!! Car was running like complete crap and smoking so Kirk got a tow truck arranged to pick her up. The next day I got a call from Kirk letting me know everything thats wrong. I give him the go ahead to fix it and ask him to check out the rear main seal and replace it if needed and check the transmission and fix the leak coming from it. While the intake was off a crapped out pair of valve cover gaskets are found.......something Ive never had a mechanic do followed. A picture of the gaskets were emailed to me so I could see for myself  . Once the motor was running the rear main was tackled. While in there I discussed with Kirk if it would be worth it to install a new clutch to save a little on labor. Next thing you know a Ram powergrip kit is ordered. Once delivered the rear seal was replaced, new clutch kit and pilot bearing installed, fly wheel machined, tranny serviced, and all the oil that was on the back of the motor and tranny was cleaned off free of charge. Car is running great and a noticable difference can be felt in the tranny. I've gone to quite a few mechanics and always got that uneasy "they might be ripping me off" feeling. Not with this shop the customer

Just wanted to say thanks to Kirk over at PMP for taking care of me saturday. Luckily he's open on saturday, and had the time to take care of me.
Like a retard, i stripped out two studs coming out of my exhaust manifolds. Got it on the lift, and taken care of really quick. Also fixed some other issues while it was there, and drove the car away with more done than i knew i actually needed.
Once again, thanks kirk!
